I wanted this blog to help people. I wanted to help people save money, use couponing to support my community, and donate to charities around the world. To donate to different charities around the world, I needed cash flow and having Ads on my page was the only way to get that. The charities that Couponing4Charity will donate to will depend on my viewers. Every month, I would like my viewers to give me 4 charity suggestions. Then I would like all of you to vote on your favorite charity. At the end of the month, the charity with the most votes will get the money produced by the Ads on my blog. Please let me know how you feel about this by adding a comment to this post. Also send me your charity suggestions and I will add them to the voters poll. Get Involved! What is ALS Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as "Lou Gehrig's Disease," is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. Motor neurons reach from the brain to the spinal cord and from the spinal cord to the muscles throughout the body. The progressive degeneration of the motor neurons in ALS eventually leads to their death. When the motor neurons die, the ability of the brain to initiate and control muscle movement is lost. With voluntary muscle action progressively affected, patients in the later stages of the disease may become totally paralyzed. From what I have heard, after receiving news that you have Lou Gehrig's Disease, you have approximately 2-5years. Currently they do not have a cure for this disease. For more information about ALS or if you would like to donate Go to - http://www.alsa.org/about-als/facts-you-should-know.html Post by Tamika Straw.
